I was pleased to know that one of Ruperts Engineers of 8 years cited the DIY kit - SCA N72 as one of the closest topologies to the Neve design of that model. I thank Mr Neve for giving us wonderful circuits to place our signals through. Although I like my transparent preamps for many things, something often happens when instruments are recorded with my Neve like N72 preamp. Its sounds a little magical, and more finished.
