Riken Ohm Vs Kiwame

1) Like to know is there any sound different between this two types of resistors.

2) Which one do you all prefer!

There is a difference. Kiwames are more laid back, Rikens have certain edge. Depending on a circuit, one can be preferred over the other. I tried Kiwames in a GC, but still prefer the Rikens.

Anyway, the sonic signature is quite similar.

At some stage i liked the Kiwames. These days they sound way too laid back and old-fashioned to me. Probably best for upgrading vintage equipment. The Rikens are top grade.

Me too like Riken I think much sweeter on mid range!

Kiwame seen to me all rounder!
