I compared the one I purchased to 2 other identical scopes and the other 2 did not exhibit the issues mine had. I shipped it back and asked for a replacement. The other two had been upgraded to 100mhz. I don't think that would make any difference.

So, I'm assuming you have reconsidered opinion of this scope?

I've been looking at this scope for a few months now, I've been very close to pulling the trigger but I just want to be sure that my first scope purchase isn't going to be regretted a year from now.
