Check if any of these will work. You need to convert your differential signal to single-ended first to make it work with some commercial products. Some video converters support sync on green (SOG) off a VGA connector though they don't normally mention it. The "AVSC-VGA-VIDEO" below might work for your #2 objective.

Currently i own a device that converts VGA to SVideo/CVideo but the problem i am facing is the output of my device is RGB SOG so , is there any way that i can use the converter that i have in my hand ??
Is there any method to convert my differential signal to single ended video and strip the sync from the G line and generate H- Sync and V-Sync out of it.. please explain

What is CVIdeo? I tried searching this term with Google but I ended up with Porn sites!
Does this new abbreviation from you stand for either composite or component video?
You should at least give the make and model of the equipment in question.
Is this for commercial/professional or personal use?

Sorry for the misunderstanding, i mean composite video (CVideo)
Its professional , and the equipment i mentioned hereis used in Fighter Jets. (MIL-STD)

I think you should hire a professional for this kind of stuff.
I doubt you can get this information for free from people knowing what the intended purpose is. No offence.
