"Rewire" Amp Transformer from 120V to 230V

I have a Onkyo TX-NR5007 reciever on the way to Sweden (230V) from US Onkyo | TX-NR5007.

I already got a stepdown transformer, but I do not want to use it if its possible to change the inside to "Euro" Voltage.

So, does anyone think it is possible to change it? Or do they make transformers for each country's voltage?

If that is your transformer then it cannot be rewired as there is only one primary winding. Sorry.
