Use the "Move head to centre line" button. I think I understand what has happened. If the head position is moved by dragging it with the mouse (rather than by using the arrow keys) the positions from each surface are not rounded to the nearest cm afterwards, so there can be a few mm offset from a cm value. Subsequent moves with the arrow keys shift by 1 cm increments, so the few mm of offset remains. That doesn't happen with the sources, their positions do get rounded to the nearest cm if they are dragged. The button will place the head at the exact centre.
