Revox A77 locating the PS fuses

Hello,

How do I get access to the power supply fuses? I don't know where the fuses are, other than the main fuse in the back panel.

I did not remove the wood case, these photos have been taken by the previous owner.

Thanks

A77 fuses and their locations

There are three fuses in the A77. Their locations are shown on a copy of one of the photos you submitted. FS101 is pretty clear – it is in a fuse holder right beside the mains voltage selector. FS102 and FS103 are harder to see in your photo, but they are on the power supply board. Fuse ratings are:

FS101: 0.5AT for 220v – 250v supplies, 1AT for 110v – 150v supplies

FS102: 630mAT

FS103: 2AT

The location of FS102 and FS103 is clearer in the photo of the power supply board; this diagram is taken from the A77 service manual.

If you are going to be doing work on your A77 it would make sense to get your own copy of the service manual. This is a free download from Studer at this address:

I hope this information will be a help to you.
