Chaps,
I read that the A77 MK-III has an amp rated at about 8W/Ch. Is not it adding its own sound to my system? If so, can it be bypassed?
I know little about tape decks.

I have never seen an A77 with the two power amp cards equipped.
Anyway these work on the DIN speaker outputs only, the RCA sockets
bear the usual line signal.

The A77 has RCA line level output jacks as well that aren't affected by the additional power amps. Connect yout HiFi system to these.
Best regards!
