I especially want to mention that; "no one wants to buy it". I'm asking that if it can be imitated, and also wondering about its material. 😉 I thought this was a DIY forum. 🙂
If I HAD to take a guess I would say polarizers are involved.
Not that I know anything about them, but they are said to control the angle of incident light, which could prevent light washing out the imagem from other angles other than straight ahead.
