Maybe it is a Dartzeel or a Boulder class A. 😕
The "innards" I have seen, have both the major rows of high current BJT's (MJW21193/4 class) AND multi-layer cpu controlled obscene active bias drives. Same deal as the 7K stealth amp , but at least stealth used 8 IRF's to get that type of class A power (simple).
Since the above mentioned class of equipment goes for major 10's of thousands $$$$$$ , reverse engineering would have to be profit oriented. Short of that level of audiophile folly (20-50K$) , the 2-5K$ class of amps usually don't go to that level (4 layer micro-p active bias) just a bunch of high grade components...
The amount of time to reverse engineer something like the 2060 boulder would NOT be worth it to any DIY'er ... the "law of diminishing returns" would prevail.
That leaves the actual cloning of one these 20-50K$ amps .... besides being underhanded , it would be risky ... both economically and legally. 🙁
KMA160 - challenging ??? maybe lifting it !!!

I have not stated exactly what the amp in question is, for reasons you would understand if you knew the situation. If you want to know, AND are willing to consider contributing to the goal of getting a workable schematic or service guide together, then I will tell you all about it...but via PMs only, for now.
Definitely, I have no desire to do anything with this information but use it to repair what I have here. I'm not going to be making anything new. Just fixing broken stuff.
