Hello:
I have just finished a pair "Return of Zen" amplifiers and would like to set the input level to 1 Vpk for full power instead of 3.5 Vpk. Is it simply a matter of reducing the input resisitor R10 from 1K to 1K/3.5 and the feedback resistor R11 from 3.3K to 3.3K/3.5?😕
These amps sound spectacular for the little amount of time I keep them ON. The transistors get too hot, but the heatsinks are more than adequate. I suspect the Kapton heat pads have too high a thermal impedance. I'll be trying mica/grease next.
thanks,
brian
