Retensioning UX4 (300b) tube pin socket

I am looking for some help in fixing a loose socket on my Gemtune 300b tube amp. One of the 300b output tubes is somewhat loose in its UX4 socket and makes a crackling sound when the table it is sitting on is accidentally bumped or if I wiggle the base of the tube slightly. This 300b tube feels much less secure than the other channel's (which there is no issue).

Is it possible to retension the sockets for the pins on this type of tube socket?

If yes, what is the best way to do it?

**The socket in question is shown in the bottom center of the picture w/ the 3-red wires and one yellow wire.

Hi, thanks for the help. I was messing around with it a little yesterday. It appears there's a sleeve inside the actual tube socket that is somewhat loose. I tried to get the sleeve out, but something is preventing it from being pulled out. Here's a picture of one on ebay.
