Hi. Do anyone know what kind of resistor this is?

If the old one burned up, go for a 10W or 20W part instead.
Will be larger, of course.

I have try to replace them with a 0.33r ceramic power resistor and don't work..

The resistor you show is a 5 W, 0.33 Ω power resistor. Wire-wound, encased in sand. It can be replaced by any 5 W, 0.33 Ω power resistor. If the welder doesn't work after you replaced the resistors perhaps something else is wrong.
