22.1 K sounds like 0,5% tolerance on a 22 K resistor, within1% of the required specs.

Google 22K 1% tolerance and you get loads of buying options.

These days 1% resistors are commonplace and don't cost more than higher tolerance devices, at least in the values you are going to need. There is no need to agonize over it; get 1% devices and be done with it.

Thanks everyone. I ended up getting 1/4W resistors and installing them. One board tests fine, now I just need to test the second board and then it's time to put everything into a case. My next adventure.
