Just a hunch, but I think it is a CC line (not CSX line) woofer.
The CC range used 831xxx whereas the CSX line were 850xxx. The CSX line also had an inverted dustcap whereas the CC had a covex dustcap (as per your photo).

Hi Mos you might try "Wescomponents" (Sydney) site they usually have good spec's for Peerless drivers.
Hi Mos
Had a look through my old WES catalogues and nothing.
All I can find is some info in the original WinISD database for 831864.
Qts 0.26
Vas 51L
Fs 35Hz
Z 4R
SPL 93dB
Pe 200W
D 205mm
That's it.

I checked all my old Peerless literature, and nothing. Agree it is probably CC line, and I had really excellent results with those in the past.
Thanks all, but Rabz wins the cigar. I never thought of looking in WinISD's database.
Brilliant. Thanks, mate.

Don't light that cigar just yet.
🙄
Even though WinISD has the driver listed, it seems to have too few params to calc the port dimensions.
I transferred the params to LspCAD but as per usual, it says "too few parameters defined". Even using the crosscalc feature doesn't help.
Anyone know how to work out the qes/qms from the given data, which is, at the bare minimum, what WinISD needs. I just need a good working box volume and port data.
Thanks.

me too! need peerless driver specs
I have some 6 1/2 inch peerless drivers that look just like the 8 inchers on this post
the numbers on the back are
QC 910304
Cat no 031732
I have emailed Peerless and got no reply.
Where should I look?
They are brand new and I would really like to use them.
Thanks

Re: me too! need peerless driver specs
Sure that's not 831732 , in which case
Fs = 40
Qms = 1.7
Vas = 24L
xmax = 5.5
Sd = 130cm2
Qes =.47
Re = 6 ohms
Le = .5mH
Z = 8 ohms
Pe = 90w
