Replacing clock on Marantz 6000 OSE

I am trying to replace the clock on my Marantz 6000OSE CD player with a Kingwa clock
http://www.audio-gd.com/enweb/pro/diy/JZ-1.htm

I was wondering if anybody can help me figure out where to connect the clock. I have the service manual and it seems that there are at least 3 places with a signal marked CLK (CLKOUT1, CLKOUT2, CLKOUT3). I was wondering if one should just disconnect all of them and connect the new clock there? I have seen some internet postings (not about this particular player though) which seem to suggest that different clocks in a CD player may be at different frequencies.

Thanks for any help. I dont want to post a public link to the service manual but I can share it with you privately if you can help me.

None of those places.!!!!

You should connect your new clock to the XTin (pin36) of ic 7315 and remove the old Xtal, C2329, C2330, R3325 and R3326.
