replacing a solder pad?

I accidentally removed a solder pad for a resistor on a board purchased from the DIYAudioStore.
R9 on a F4 board.
The board is already mounted to the heatsink, so flipping the board over and using the solder pad on the other side is an option but there are 14 screws and realigning everything will be difficult.
I'm probably going to have to swap this resistor a few times until I find a value which works well, so just dumping a lot of heat into the board and putting down a giant solder puddle is going to be messy.
I've seen repair kits ranging from $40 to $200. I have a little bit of silver epoxy, I don't think it is meant for soldering temperatures. It was purchased to put a LED on a heatsink.
I have the old solder pad, currently attached to a resistor I won't be using again.
I have read of epoxy, and seen rivet like fixes.
Any recommended solution?
Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have seen, but not yet had the chance to use liquid repair for PCBs. It is usually in a tube about the size of a large crayon and has an aplicator tip. Basically you paint it on (like with a marker) let it dry and then can solder it. There is also a conformal coating "pen" to coat the repair so it will not oxidize. It should not be expensive (about $10) and I have seen them recently in my favorite parts shop.
