Replacement transistors for A968b & C2238B

Does anyone know of a transistor that could replace A968B & C2238B. I've been looking up every referance that I could find on the internet with no luck. Does someone have the specs on these

Thanks alot, I had no idea that mcm sold transistors. I've been doing searchs with google and came up dry.
