Hello!
Any help would be very appreciated. I'm having problem with soundstream amp, I've changed the MPSA14 with MPSA13 but speakers crackles and having DC out around 0.125V. I believe MPSA13 is not suitable replacement. I'm looking a transistors that is NPN, Darlington, Ic>500mA. 30V up, 10000HFE same with specs of MPSA14.
Thank you!

Well I am in doubt that the Bias transistor has much to do with DC offsets on the speaker terminals. You are referring to the bias transistor just after the FEB card and in front of the outputs ??? < the only MPSA14 I know of being used in REF series amps Best guess as to which SS amp your talking about>😉
Your DC offset can be caused by badly mismatched outputs and badly damaged emitter resistors, and by a damage Diff input pair located atop of the FEB card in most cases. Jaime on Ebay at JandRelectronix has everything you could ever need, just email him....🙂
Octopart and find chips both list MPSA14 as being available and plentiful. So like why use anything else???? 🙂

Thanks 1moreamp. you are right, its a bias transistor for output TIPs. It's a four channel amp reference model.
I've changed the 2 complimentary TIPs, 102 and 107 (I guess) but don't know If they are genuine, there a lot of counterfeit transistors right now.
I will check it again...swap the MPS13 to adjacent 14 and observe it.
It takes too long if I order those part overseas.
Have a nice day!
