Digikey sell 2SA1930. I use 2SC4883 instead of 5171 because it is also available in digikey.

BTW, can I buy from Mouser in US? They only show in British pounds!!!

Yes, you can pay with USD. Just change currency the upper right corner (if i remember correctly)
