I am trying to find a suitable replacement for 200 Ohm variable resistor. The resistor is in Sansui AU-101 amplifier. Here is the information from the service manual:

Can I use any 200 Ohm trim pot as a replacement or the (B) means something? This VR is used to adjust bias in the amplifier. Sorry if this is a silly question.

the "B" designation means a linear variable resistor rather than a log (volume) type.

From the photo its a carbon preset say @ 30mw / 100volt., IE as cheap as sansui could find 😉
any of cemet / carbon presets will do, cemet would be @ 200mw to 500mw at that size.
something like 652-3309P-2-201 at Mouser would do, may need to bend its pins a bit. Its a bit of overkill compared to the original. 🙄
