Replacement capacitor

Can I swap this gold capacitor with with the one in the 2nd picture safely?

@wg_ski if I'm pulling it I'm gonna repalce it anyway. This cap is from the 1970s and a known failing point due to intermittant quality control from the factory. I've been informed it and others should be replaced as a matter of course. But starting with this one so that hopefully I can get some power to the rest of the board to test further
 
I think all the electrolytic capacitors in that device should be replaced, it has done it all for 50+ years. Just avoid those kung-fu capacitors. Take something better, Nichicon, Panasonic, and from the cheaper Samhwa, etc. Do not take LOW ESR capacitors, they were not designed for that device. Probably the only place where LOW ESR can be is for coupling capacitors in the signal path.
