I contacted Cerwin Vega and they want 200$ for a replacement... I figured for that much money someone either knew of a better amp to put in it or something that meets the same specs for much cheaper(this is optimal)
The following data is off of Cerwin Vega's site.
Performance Data:

Performance Data:
- Frequency Response: 28 Hz - 150 Hz

LPF: Continuously variable from 40 Hz to 150 Hz
Awesome thanks, Also if it isnt the amp and its the driver what would be a good replacement for the driver?
I am reviving this thread, because I am trying to repair one of these subwoofers.
The SMPS is blowing MOSFETS, old glue became conductive, which fried a "daughter board" that drives the MOSFETS. Resistors are burned, can not find original values.
I cannot simply replace the power supply with a transformer + rectifier because the amp has a multi-pin ribbon connecting the SMPS to the amp, and also additional wires for main power.
I DO NOT WANT TO MODIFY THE BACKPLATE, I am trying to find another amp to swap in, or if somebody knows where to locate a schematic for this subwoofer, I still may try to repair it.
