I had a pair of Programme 30d. They're 'OK' but once into this game seriously you will soon know their limitations. But they may be fine for you for a long time.
I pulled mine to bits and had the XO sat on a desk as I typed that reply and I had measured the inductors out of interest!.
The woofers are pretty typical of that era. Similar to what was found in some Mission speakers aswell I believe. I have some drivers from some 760s and they're very similar physically but indeed have a smaller magent than those. The 30d have pretty firm surrounds, I guess to give them some power handling and SPL for their given commercial design application. They'd probably make decent midrange drive units. I thought the tweeter was Audax but I'm not certain.

I'm interested in all things Wharfedale and was aware of the Programme installation range.
I found details of the Wharfedale Programme 30D-6 here: https://www.hifidatabase.com/Wharfedale_Programme 30D.6_3218.php
The drivers are the same as in the Wharfedale Valdus 100, but I have no information on them regarding their origin of manufacture.

Correction: The Valdus 100 woofers are different and the enclosure looks larger (see below).
The old Wharfedale Programme 30D-6 is very similar to the current Wharfedale Pro Programme 30.

In the link, the Programme 30's tweeter is described as having a 1" Mylar dome.
