replace tweeter in my old proac clones to sb26 bad idea?

Going to refresh my old speakers with paint and the tweeters are abit ugly on the outside but still sounds ok.
Looking around for tweeters i was abit curious about swapping for SB26CDC and set crossover a bit lower, do you experts think this is a terrible idea?

ok, i would stick to the original tweeter, maybe try the d2608-913000, but a ribbon would be really interesting
