I've got a Mean Machine 333 with some dead Mosfets, Toshiba 2SB1429 and 2SD2155, which are hard to find. So, are there any replacement types for them?

Those aren't FETs, they bipolar transistors (BJTs).
I don't have a source for the originals but the FJL4315 and FJL4215 may be good subs. Check the dimensions of both transistors before ordering them. Mouser and digi-key have both in stock.

The MJL1302A and MJL3281A are another option. There are likely others. Maybe someone else will post other options.
I generally use the equivalent of the MJL42/4315 and they are reliable. I'm sure the ones listed above will also be reliable.
