removing the region-code in a sony SLV-D910?

Does anyone know how to remove the "region-block" in an European DVD/video SONY SLV-D910.

To the best of my knowlegde it is perfectly legal to remove this code in Denmark, and I hope there´s no problems with my thread?

i don´t know why it should be illegal, but it seems that almost anything is a crime in the US theese days.... except heavy firearms and such...
