Don't discount Chris' suggestion of a vacuum. You'll note he placed the nozzle on the dust cap before turning the vacuum on. Just do it really quickly on and off and increase the time if it doesn't work. You can do it with tweeters as well but you have to fasten a funnel to the nozzle to make it small enough.
