Remove a weird transistor heatsink clip

Hi ...

Here i am helping a friend of mine repairing an amplifier ... we have trouble to open the heatsink clip holding the transistor to the heatsink ... here is the photo of the heatsink clip that need to be removed to access the transistor ...

help is needed urgently ... TQ ...

oh ... really ?? if so what are the steps ??

Is there clearance in the extruded channel to allow lifting the tab of the clip out vertically? If so you may need a tool to bend the clip upward via the rectangular slot in the clip. I don't think you'll get anywhere trying to slide anything. For the ones out in the open an appropriately sized flat blade screwdriver might work, but for the one behind the capacitor you may need a tool with an angled blade.
