I need some help trying to fix my problem.
I'm using a CD player with a remote.
When I want to increase the preamp output level with another remote,
the CD's display panel stops updating data and the CD's remote don't act
any more.
However the CD keeps working fine.
Who is the culprit ?
The microcontroller MAB8461P, the light detecting unit SHARP GP1U521X ?

Your pre amp remote is interfering with the CD player they are probably using the same coding. No way round this without reprogramming one receiver/transmitter. Probably not possible. You could reduce the sensitivity of the receiver by placing a wire gauze over the sensor and be directional with the remote control.
