Military silver plated brass ones are very good. Standard 4 mm banana/spade/wire type if that is what you mean. There is no detail spilled so to say 🙂
Hirschmann make nice reliable ones too. In general the wildly overpriced ones are audio jewelry made by “audio brands”. The unreliable ones are often the aliexpress Chinese types made of anymetal with a nice gold finish (sticking to magnets) but real good ones can be found.
Panel mount industrial/lab types by the classic brands can be both affordable and reliable.

Look at Phoenix Contact, and others at the usual sites, like Mouser and element14.
Screw and spring types are sold, the sizes are AWG or square mm.
You are changing wires frequently?
Why do you really need to change so often?
And you can simply mount the things elewhere in the cabinet, unless your equipment is being shifted from gig to gig.
No ties , as usual.

I finally found some 5-way posts that would more or less fit the existing cutout @ Parts Express. Of course, they're quoting $USD 84.00 shipping to Canada for these. I know about the Canada Post situation, but why offer only rush shipping for speaker terminals.
The terminals I use tend to be in the 25 to 50 cents range for PCB or DIN channel mounting, per pole.
In that context, that (shipping?) is expensive...the parts seem to be $3 or so for each pair.....

That's fine, but I'm not prepared to do a whole pile of modding, if it's avoidable. Also, I have next to zero experience in doing so. Just found out today that Klipsch's supplier for the original push terminals no longer makes them.

You may be able to find the same posts elsewhere in Canada. Try Parts Connexion, etc.
Also see what USPS shipping would cost from Parts Express.
Here's a thought...
The terminals from PE of 4 in a row, or others of the same variety, have solderable ends that have a T-shaped catch on the shaft end. A lot of the time, these will fit through the currently broken push button types and the Spring clamps will hold onto the T shaft.
If the spacing is the same, and the Spring and clamp are still intact, though button gone, I bet you could just install the new strip into the old one as a new interface.
At least it could work until you'd be able to replace it properly.
