I need 4 new grill pegs, are these roughly the same size? I need it for my sub, a REL Q400E. All the pegs have snapped off and even digging out the old bits is a pain in the butt.

How would you go about getting the old peg beds out without damaging the wood? As a knife or something down the side is just damaging the wood.
