Regulator offset

Hi guys.
I have a good question for you.
In a power amplifier, can it be convenient to replace the offset adjustment via trimmer with a resistor and a capacitor that go to ground and connected to the point that goes to the trimmer?

Don't think so, you're trying to correct a DC offset, not an AC offset.

I think you would have to given an example of what you mean but my first thought is no, not a good idea. The cap will alter the loop gain of the amp and could also inject noise into the circuit node.
