Hello everyone,
I just bought a new Mira 3 amp and noticed the power-amp inputs that was stated in the manual and on the website is MISSING. There is actually electrical tape over where the RCA plugs were meant to be. Very strange. Switched it for a different unit but same deal.
Since when did Rega take it out? Please advise if anyone has any further info.
I called Rega distributor and they said that it's an additional cost to put in. Could Mira 3 owners please verify this for me whether it's comes standard or has to have additional modification.
Thanks in advance everyone.

I did a search.
I found nowhere anything like your issue.
Rega Mira 3 has the feature of:
pre-out & power-input RCA on the backside.
User manual: http://www.rega.co.uk/downloads/Mira 3 manual.PDF
They should charge extra for this is nothing I have been able confirm.
Of course you can add your own RCA jacks.
But really, you should not have to do this operation 🙂

Thanks Lineup,
I was trawling the net a bit more and only found this:

It just still seems strange that Rega's website still mentions the power-amp input feature.
If anyone else any othe info, please help me out.
Thanks again.
Rega finally updated their Mira 3 manual which states that the power amp inputs were dropped due to some signal path issue. (But maybe there was just a **** up with circuit board manufacture or some such!). There's still an internal switch you can cut the signal to power amp with though. Pretty cheap just sticking insulation tape over the holes though!
