Rega Disassembly - motor mounting and pulley

I am disassembling my Rega P1 in order to remount everything on a walnut plinth so it matches my Pioneer SX1250 case and a new stand I am building.

If anybody can tell me how to remove the motor and pulley I'd be extremely grateful.

If anyone has an accurate template for a P1 that I can use as a basis for my CNC file I'd be completely bowled over.

Any ideas or tips?

Thanks! And here's the pics -

Thanks sreten. Looks like you may be right about the pulley.

Sticky pads don't sound easy to remove without applying force - which, unless certain about the adhesive, I'm not certain I want to risk.

Can anyone confirm this? Is solvent an option?

3m pads, just get a screwdriver under the motor top plate, not the flanged ends. Slowly and with force, don't yank at it. They give us the ghost slowly and progressively. A drop or two of white spirit onto the pads will ease things along.
