Just go for the MOSFETS with the lowest Ron possible, forget about deadtime, increase the ripple current to 10Amps or more, wind the inductor with Litz wire, go for a fast gate driver and decouple the supply locally with ceramic or film capacitors above 1uF. This should give a perfect sound up to several hundreds of watts.
