Reducing Bass output

Hi GM
Want to thank you for the shimming suggestion. Works real good, not only that it opens up sound of the whole speakers. There's use to be a boxy muffled sort of sound coming out of the bass cabinet but now it's no longer there, amazing & bass is louder too at -3db setting.
