This problem must have started when the water condensed in the 3 LCD projector due to air conditioner being switched off when the projector was off all the time.
The projector now shows a red (big) spot which goes on spreading to a circle. I have opened it but there are no optic issues. Also at power on, the condition is better.
I suspect two things,
1) One of the HTPS panel has absorbed water. Don't have any idea this can happen.
2) There are two chips with ball grid- I suspect the water below the chips is responsible.
Can I clean the pcb with deionised water and then dry it in an oven.
Anyone can guess what could be the problem...

Neither is responsible. I would go for the blue LCD burning due to excessive heat from an old lamp or dirty filters/fans.
