The component drawers came from a workshop that closed down and were already stocked.
The workshop they came from was stocked with stuff from a factory closing down sale so no known history for the capacitor.

First letter is the year, second letter/number is the month of manufacture.

I keep resin encapsulated capacitors in a dry storage cabinet for electric welding rods (silica gel cartridge, can also be heated)
