There are two common forms of TO220 package diodes, two and three pins.


Specifying current handling peak inverse rating and recovery time could help us suggest a diode for you.

It's 3 pins must be able to handle over 10-15 amps
Recovery time I'm not so sure these are for the cheap 4 channels you get on the market and some monoblocks

The entire part number is MUR1620CT, MUR1620CTG for the lead-free part. It's readily available. The MUR1620CTRG is the negative rectifier.
