There is a lot to choose from, but this is very easy to learn...😉

Is it possible to import symbols? I'm missing some symbols, like tubes.

No, but it is very easy to create your own symbols....

CIRCAD from Holophase. I think I remember it can export as gif and bmp. Contains PCB layout programming also. Trial version does not create gerber, but everything else works.
