@graham:
Sure... I want to buy a better one since I'm a bit short on free time.
Do you have some recommendations?

Should Look a Vaule of Inductors in Reconstruction Filter Block
Hi, there
I would like to mention a simple tip.
I have several kind of TPA3116D2 boards.
Today I measured them, and now I can notice one thing...
If you can see the Inductors which marked "330"(33uH) , it will not be able to cover full-range sound with low impedance speaker system.
Here attached measured output responses. First graph shows 33uH inductor, and second one is same board but replaced with "100" (10uH) inductors. It indicates 4 ohms or lower impedance Full range or tweeter might loose high frequency responses...

As specified in the TPA 3116/3118 data sheet, the typical values for L & C of the filter are L = 10 uH and C = 680 nF for 4 ohms (nominal, 3.2 minimum).

Hi Lo_Tse -San,
Thanks for comment.
Change the Caps from 0.68uF to 0.33uF is easiest way to expand the XH-M543 bandwidth, but I think decreasing inductor's inductance and DCR is better way to get higher dumping factor and better sound...
There are actual TPA3116D2 board Reconstruction Filter information which I have...
😕XH-M543(BTL 2ch) 0.68uF + 33uH
Buy Products Online from China Wholesalers at Aliexpress.com
😡XH-M193(PBTL 2.1ch) 1uF+47uH(TroidalCore, Easily Saturated then Burn!)

🙂XH-M190(PBTL 2ch) 0.68uF+10uH

It's kind of amazing there aren't any really nice ones for sale - it's been like 7 years? Hell I'd even consider making them to sell if I could make them as cheap as in China.
Oh Thanks a lot @CyberPit.
I was looking at the XH-M543 Boards and the XH-M189.
But i guess i should go with a XH-M190... thought i plan to use it with 6 Ohm Speakers so it won't be that much of an issue as with 4Ohm.

This one looks pretty good: https://www.amazon.com/Channel-Audio-Amplifier-Professional-Speakers/dp/B06XZL2PQD
