Hi,

I got a pair of 12V-120A, 1300Watts TDK-Lambda SMPS in perfect working condition from flea market for around 100USD each. So i can have +/-12 to +/-15 Volt rail capable of continous 120 A !!!!!

Any suggestions how and can i use to power the constant current drain of Single Ended Class A amp with Mosfets like 2SK1058, or IRFP140 MULTIPLE IN PARALLEL for higher output power and better damping, like ZEN or SON of ZEN (Balanced version for better CMMRR/noise rejection).

The idea is to avoid heavy tranformers over 1KVA for each block , ripple capacitors, huge inductors and huge space.....just two SMPS with 1.3KW capacity continous thus reducing cost, hum, heat and time and ease of construction.

Is it right to do ? can i use mutiple devices in parallel , i intend about 30-40W pure CLass A single ended to run B&W 802.
Any suggestions as i intend to run several output devices in parallel to improve continous power disspiation, reducing output impedance and getting better damping factor . please suggest
