Since the 2N3773's were a bust, i dug out the laterals again and put together this simple circuit:

For beeing so simple it sounds really really good, treble is crystal clear and bass is hard as a rock!!
I'm already improving the circuit in simulation such as adding degeneration to the LTP.
Im running 100.0mA bias.

I'm surprised this circuit works at all. The 2N3904 and 2N3906 are 40 volt parts. Will the MOSFETs be able to supply 110 watts to a 4 ohm load? Have you actually built it?
I'm listening to it as im typing this. I've had it to hard clipping into 3.9 ohms with no ill effects, havent measured power though, but i'd say its around 50 watts peak in 4 ohms.
After some more work this circuit now simulates 0.03% THD in 1kHz, 0.06% THD in 10kHz and 0.2% THD in 20kHz.
It sounds better than my other diy amplifiers!!!😱😱

please heed sawreyrw's warning or make sure you are not driving any valuable speakers.

Wise advice.....
Sometimes, i regret the capacitively coupled amps times...
This amp is now souped up with dual output pairs, its currently driving a 2 ohm load, and its by far the best sounding of my diy mosfet amps.
Power test: lateral amp power test, 155 watts into 3.9 ohms!! Experimentonomen on USTREAM. Other Technology
Power supply consist of a 500VA 2x35VAC transformer, a bridge rectifier and two 10000µF 63V caps, i get around 2x50VDC, between that and the amp i have a 10A ceramic mains fuse per rail.
The test was a success with 155 watts continous unclipped power measured.
