I just ordered a bunch of things from Digikey about 10 days ago, and my Shipping was about $8.
I DID go with USPS. And my Package weighed a good 3 lbs. with 8 OnSemi MJ2119x's, and about 14 Capacitors for the F-2583 Bias Board. It took about 5 Business Days to receive.
I Removed and installed all the Capacitors on the F-2583, and all 8 OnSemi Power-Transistors on the F-2581's. Still Overheating.... Only MUCH Faster than it did weeks ago.
I don't even want to mess with it. The F-2583's wiring is Soldered to the F-2581's & Pre-Amp. Solder, Desolder, repeat. Until I know a REAL Solution, I'm Done with it...

*When I mentioned Amazon, I'm talking about the places on Amazon.
Like Ebay, Amazon themselves doesn't really 'Sell' much. [Ebay doesn't sell anything]
The Major problem I have with Amazon, is that they do not require the Seller to have any kind of Description on what it is they are Selling.
Amazon doesn't even have a Seller Score (%), much less any Feedback you can look at.
So, you literally don't even know who you are buying from!
I've been burned Twice buying things off Amazon. If you have an Issue, Amazon considers the Transaction Final. Ebay will get your money back if it's a bad Item.
I've had to do that Twice on Ebay, and was happy I wasn't screwed. One was a DOA TV Board, and the other was a totally defective new pair of Headlights for my Car. Legit Products, just flawed. There are people who sell '2nd hand' items everywhere, and you DO have to Watch-Out for that!! And chances are, the ONLY way to tell if a Seller is selling '2nd hand' items, is how Legit they're responses are to your Questions.
ASK QUESTIONS!! I do it all the time. If an Ebayer doesn't like your Question, Guess what?? They SUCK, and would rather do Business with the Tards, cause they are the only Customers who would consistently buy from them.
There was ONE person about 2 months ago, who responded with THIS after my asking if the Product was Good and Working:
"If you have to ask that question, I wouldn't buy" <--- Weakest Ebayer EVER!! 😛
