I came across some old RCA SK Series parts and was wondering about them. Most of the information is on the package but I'm just getting into diy , mostly tube circuitry, and really don't know how to proceed. I think it would be fun to build a chip amp or some kind of solid state amp. Here are some of the more interesting parts:

1.) One NPN Si Darlington trans.(TO-3) Pt-160w, Ic 20A, Vcbo 100v, Vceo 100v, Vebo 5v, hfe 2.4k Typ.
2.) One PNP Si Darlington trans.(TO-3) Pt-160w, Ic-20A, Vcbo-100v Vceo-100v, Vebo-5v, hfe 2.4k Typ.
3.) Two Dual AF Pwr Amp; 2.4w per channel, Pin 1-Vcc, Pin 2-L ch output, Pin 3-L ch NF, Pin 4-L ch input, Pin 5-Pre Gnd, Pin 6-Power Gnd, Pin 7-Ripple filter, Pin 8-R ch input, Pin 9-R ch NF, Pin 10-R ch output
4.) Three each NPN and PNP Si Darlington, (CP-3) Pt 125w, Ic 10A, Vcbo 100v, Vceo 100v, Vebo 5v, hfe 1000min.
5.) One Sylvania ECG188 silicon audio driver power amp. Vcbo 80v, Vceo 80v, Vebo 4v, Ic 1A, Pd 5w, FT 50 mhz, hfe 50.

There was a lot more stuff, op amps, regulators, six 2N1304 germanium transistors, etc...Mostly all RCA SK Series.
So for I have built a couple of Aikido tube pre-amps, some linear power supplies, a CCDA PCB from TubeCadJournal, but I am still really in the learning stages. I have very limited knowledge of IC's and solid state stuff. Any idea what might be good to do with these parts?
