Rca Mosfet?

Hi all,

Casually, with some heatsinks a friend of mine got for me, there were some TO3 IRF230, those maybe has a use here, don't they😉? And there were also some RCA N121230-3 that I wish they were the same semiconductor. Does anyone know how to find some info? Below the RCA icon appears H R 8515, does this help?

My guess is that they are maybe the some with another codig of manufacture!

As they have the same the last numbers,...230!

I noticed that, that was the first hint, but I'd like to be more sure before injecting them some amperes...
Where can I get some datasheet from RCA?

8515 sounds like a datecode

the other number sounds like a "house" number
(product makers internal number scheme)
did you try looking in a substitution book -sgs/philips/ecg/whatevertheycall themselvesnow

is 120 volts...12 amps !
