Raspberry Pi/Ian Canada based streamer for an external DAC, I need some advice

Hi guys! After 10 years of honorable service, I decided to replace my Schiit Modi (2014 model) with a new affordable DAC; googling around I found some good reviews of the little S.M.S.L SU-1 and I bought it. I'm really enjoyng it, but... my current digital stack is quite basic: Windows PC with foobar2000 as source -> DAC through USB -> Amp (old school Luxman L-400 which I also use for my turntable). So the question: how can I upgrade my digital source in 2023 (almost 2024)?

As long term Raspberry Pi fan I found a solution that absolutely intrigue me: Ian Canada producs! So I'd like to enter this world with a midrange build. Here is my whishlist:
  • IFI AUDIO IPOWER MK2 Audio Power Supply Low Noise 5V 2.5A;
  • IAN CANADA PUREPI II Ultracapacitor / Batteries Dual Power Supply Module for Raspberry Pi 5V / 3.3V;
  • Raspberry Pi 4B with 4 GB of RAM (already owned);
  • IAN CANADA FIFOPIMA V1.5 Reclocker Master Clock Mode;
  • IAN CANADA TRANSPORTPI MKII Low Jitter Digital Audio Interface Transmitter;
  • IAN CANADA MONITORPI OLED Screen and Signal Analyzer Board (bonus).
The idea is to connect the resulting streamer to my SU-1 throug S/PDIF. What do you think about this build? Am I doing something wrong? I have also a more specific question. Using S/PDIF as audio signal transport, I need to power up the dac in some way; can I use a USB port on the Raspberry Pi or should I get a second low noise 5V power adapter?

Thanks in advance for the help.
