Rail voltage

After having read as many posts as I possibly could before posting this question, it looks like the Aleph, F1-F4 use 18VAC.

For a standard Aleph J:
I looks like a would want 18-20VAC be fine at 400-500VA, yealding a rail voltage in the mid 20s?
