R085 SE Amp

I tried to scar up this schematic from long ago by searching but no luck.
Found a hard copy version and recreated it in KiCAD.

First question is does it look functional?

Second question is can a Hammond 193v choke be used as a current source?

Third question- since it's around 10 years old, can it be improved on today?

Yes, built a couple of the vFET amps as well.
How do I say this nicely? I got rid of them after hearing the MoFo.
More valuable as parts. Don't get me wrong, they're a great intro to great midrange, but they didn't have the lows, mids and highs of the MoFo, nor did they have the detail, sound stage and power of the MoFo mono-blocks.
And before anyone says anything, I used the L'amps with Lowther PM6A updated by Jon Ver Halen in slotted open baffles. Whatelse can a guy do?

I've not had experience with the L'amp and SIT1, SIT2 type amps, but
even when used with a low gain preamp, I found the Mofo fantastic. 🙂
